About Night Rides with Kova Rentals

Beat the Heat without Missing the Views

With the summer approaching and the daytime heat starting to ramp up, a lot of Southern Utah goes unseen during the day. The midday heat can make it hard to explore safely, and many visitors to St. George and Snow Canyon might miss out on or not fully enjoy the adventure they came from.

We at Kova Rentals have designed our Night Rides specifically for summer evening, when you can explore the trails and ride the loop after the heat has passed. You'll ride into the late evening—when the canyons are completely shaded and the temperatures are dropping—and continue into the early night under the stars.

It's the same incredible scenery, just cooler, quieter, and a maybe a little more magical.

A Note About Snow Canyon State Park

Maximize Your Ride — Respect the Rules

Snow Canyon State Park officially closes to visitors at 10PM, and we want to be clear: our Night Rides are not intended to break the park's rules. Instead, they're designed to help you make the most of your evening within them.

We recommend starting your ride in the evening so you can see and experience the beauty of Snow Canyon while there's still enough light and while it's still open. By starting your loop through the park, you'll reach the outer sections of the ride—out of the far side of the park—by the time the park has closed. That way, you can enjoy the full ride while staying in line with park hours.

Please note: Snow Canyon State Park charges a small entry fee for bicycles, which is collected at the park entrance via an attendant or a self-pay station.
