Kova Rentals has published their Snow Canyon Guide, which details leisurely points of interest and activities that can be found along the Snow Canyon Loop, so you can plan your Snow Canyon adventure with confidence. You don’t have to be an experienced mountain biker or expert cyclist to have a great time in St George’s best attraction, so we’ve highlighted those spots around the park that can be enjoyed by everyone!
The Lava Flow trail in Snow Canyon is one for the adventurous at heart. The trail itself is flat but rocky in parts, leading past three lava tube remnants that are open for exploration.

Expect a shorter and less challenging trail with some geological attractions along the way, including large tunnels formed by prehistoric lava flows.
Due to a general lack of shade, the Lava Flow trail is best tackled in the morning or evening and with regular application of sunscreen.
As one of Utah’s many state parks, there is a cost to enter.
