We rented 6 bikes from KOVA, and the power stopped working in one half way through our ride. We texted the number and a really nice gentleman came and met us and switched us bikes for a working one. After we got our bike, one member of the group fell and he came and picked two bikes up and two people and took them back to the car. He was super nice and accommodating. The company was really great.
